HELINI Dengue virus genotyping Real-time PCR Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of Dengue virus genotype specific RNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of the conserved region of the Dengue viral genome, and for the direct detection of the specific amplicon in FAM and HEX channel. In addition, it contains an internal control amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition and RNA purification efficiency.
