HELINI HPV 16 / 18 & 12 high risk Viruses Real-time PCR Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of HPV 14 high risk viruses’ specific DNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of the conserved region of the HPV genome, and for the direct detection of the specific amplicon in FAM & HEX channel. In addition, it contains an endogenous control [Human gene] amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition and DNA purification efficiency. External positive control is supplied, which can be used as both qualitative and quantitative to determination the amount of viral load.
