HELINI Human Papillomavirus 6 & 11 Real-time PCR Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of genotypes HPV 6 & 11 using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of conserve region of the HPV genome, and for the direct detection of the specific amplicon in FAM and HEX channels. In addition, it contains human gene amplification system [endogenous-human gene] to identify biological status of the test sample, possible PCR inhibition and DNA purification. External positive controls (HPV6/11 [QS1] Positive Template) are supplied, which can be used as both qualitative and quantitative to determination the amount of pathogen’s load.
